Lifeline Connections now accepting Health Share of Oregon patients
(Vancouver, WA) Lifeline Connections is pleased to announce that we now accept Health Share of Oregon insurance. Health Share of Oregon is a local coordinated care organization (CCO) serving Oregon Health Plan members in Clackamas, Multnomah and Washington counties.
Through Health Share, members have access to the Oregon Health Plan’s largest network of health plans. Members can get mental health and substance use care through the county they live in (Clackamas, Multnomah or Washington). Health Share members have the option of selecting health plans through Kaiser Permanente, Providence, CareOregon, and Tuality Healthcare.
Health Share of Oregon members interested in receiving behavioral health services through Lifeline Connections should contact their insurance provider for the specific service(s) they desire.
