Kinh graduated from Oregon State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has since served in finance and accounting leadership roles for over 20 years.
Prior to joining Lifeline Connections she was the Controller for CareOregon, Inc., a nonprofit providing health insurance services for low-income Oregonians. She also served as an independent consultant for healthcare providers, a deputy audit manager at PricewaterhouseCoopers and most recently she was a relationship manager for a financing company.
