Lifeline Connections can provide individuals enrolled in a current program transportation to and from services in Clark county; regardless of insurance type.
Transportation services can also extend to non-patients if it promotes a person’s overall wellness. Examples are local housing appointments, employment interviews, doctors appointments, trips to the pharmacy, urinalysis testing, and other wellness-related services.
