If you are living with a mental illness and substance use disorder, you are not alone.
Lifeline Connections offers an integrated, holistic treatment approach by providing mental health and substance use services together, in one setting, at the same time.
Therapy Programs As Unique As You Are
We structure your program to fit your individual needs and recovery goals. That is the way it should be. Your plan will include individual and group therapy to provide you the tools and education to deal with health and wellness, conflict resolution, relationships, building social support, self advocacy, money management, symptom management and relapse prevention. You will also receive case management, peer support and medication management services combined with your treatment. Residency and income restrictions apply.
Hope and Optimism Are Our Core Beliefs
Expect our highly trained, caring and compassionate counselors to work with you every step of the way as you learn to believe in your own strengths and attain your recovery goals. You will learn to manage the symptoms of both your mental illness and substance use disorder to get where you want to be. Back in the community. Back with your family. Back with your loved ones.
Lifeline Connections
Jail Transition Services
This program is designed to assist people who have been Clark County residents for at least 60 days and are currently incarcerated in the Clark County Jail. We want to help make the transition back into the community and the connection with mental health providers to go smoothly. Low income restrictions do apply.
We provide a mental health assessment as well as peer support and case management services. Our goal is to help people restore or apply for Medicaid benefits (cash, food and medical) and connect with mental health treatment providers, housing options, transportation and other individual needs.
hope. help. Healing.
